She's beautiful! And I love the name -- it's the perfect combination of a nautical life + something a little unique + a beautiful sound...

She truly is a stunning little girl! Many, many congratulations. The day I had my first baby girl was the start of the best journey ever. Not always easy, but the best things never are!

Congratulations! Isla nearly got to share her birthday with my son who turned 29 on April Fool's Day. So glad everything went well, she's a beautiful baby. And now that things have calmed down around here (Hans and I got married last week!) I'm going to finally get back to my sewing machine and make something for Isla before she graduates high school!

Can't say it enough, great job. She looks so darn cute. Enjoy it while you can. Soon enough it will be teenage issues then college issues then poof, their on their own. I was told it goes fast and like you two, it seemed at this stage it would last forever, especially at two AM! But in a blink of the eye, they will be grown and sailing off on their own adventures. Hold her close and cherish every moment! ENJOY!

My first baby turned 19 on March 31st. I will never forget that day, or the one 5 years later on July 18th. We're blessed with 2 beautiful girls. Congratulations on your first blessing!

She is adorable. Congratulations. I now have 12, 16 and 18 yr. olds. They are still beautiful. Enjoy being a family. I am such a fortunate Dad. We played football when I got home from work today.
Thanks for your site and great advice. I plan to retire in 10 years and sail away when last one is in University.

Treasure and enjoy...life moves pretty fast.

Congrats. Like everyone said before life will never be the same again. Mostly for the good :) and they do fly by so fast so cherish them. Im glad to share my birthday with Isla. Im glad you gave her an untraditional name. I felt as if mine didnt do me justice. She will be a very untraditional gal :). Congrats
